Freedom is not free! Our military is what keeps us free and our Veterans have spent the time in the service and paid the price! What many don’t think about, but is a hard reality, once you sign the dotted line, you belong to Uncle Sam. They say go here, do that, and that is what you must do. You don’t want to be overseas when your first child comes into the world, but thats too bad as you are out on deployment. Your father is in the hospital, you get to write him a letter or if you are lucky, video chat, but until Uncle Sam says you can go, you are stuck where they put you. This does put alot of mental strain on a person, and I believe we can help them more once they get out! Our Veterans were volunteers not conscripted into the service.
